China's Vacuum Glass

Driven by global energy conservation and emission reduction policies, Low-E coating technology has developed rapidly since the 1970s. At present, the online Low-E coating has been mass-produced, and the online Low-E glass with an emissivity of about 0.15 has stable performance and is not susceptible to moisture deterioration. Off-line Low-E coating can produce tempered Low-E glass with an emissivity of 0.03. In the past, such Low-E glass has poor stability. It should be synthesized as soon as possible after tempering or tempering, otherwise it will oxidize and deteriorate. The cost of Low-E glass is also decreasing, so that the technological advancement of Low-E glass has created conditions for the quality improvement of insulating glass and vacuum glass.

At present, on the basis of promoting a single Low-E hollow having a U value of about 1.1 W/m 2 ·K, double double Low-E double insulating glass having a U value of about 0.7 W/m 2 ·K has been promoted. At this International Glass Exhibition, major glass manufacturers exhibited such products, and the double Low-E double insulating glass is being produced in factories in Germany and Austria, indicating that the market demand is still considerable.
